Education is the key to changing the future. Immerse yourself in African American heritage and culture.

Overview

Greetings and thank you for your interest in joining the Hancock Foundation for the 2024 Summer Heritage Tour. Please thoroughly read the following trip details and draft itinerary and then click the “register” button at the bottom to complete your application. Once complete, you will receive confirmation at the email address you provided in the application. A deposit of $1,000.00 is required upon receipt of confirmation email—the deadline for your deposit is August 21, 2024, and the final payment is due by September 6, 2024.

You will be able to make your deposit via a secure link on the Hancock Foundation website.  Note that the total cost of the trip is $1,975.00.

As food is an integral part of the African American experience, we will have our own Culinary Advisor, Adrian Miller, who will advise us on restaurants to consider and will join us for a portion of the trip. Special activities with Mr. Miller will be highlighted on the final itinerary.
